Just before writing this post, I checked what others said about morning workout and got quite a few headlines:

Ok. I am 60 years old. I just need to wake-up so I can walk down the stairs in one piece.
Here is what I came with:
- 1-minute plank
- 30 seconds side one-hand plank (one each side)
- 1-minute six-inch leg raise
- 10 pushups
- 10 squats
That is it. I am awake.
CAUTION: Doing that every day will develop a habit, a healthy routine.
