If you follow the news, you know that pandemic is not over and that another wave, variant Delta, is coming here. That means mask and vaccination requirements and your visit to the local gym are under a big question mark.
Don't worry. While you are waiting for this variant to blow over, you can do home-based workouts. Just find the program you can do for 20-25 minutes a day and should be able to stay in shape.
I will try to publish more programs soon, but in the meantime, check out those I already have.
