As you have probably guessed by now I love my home gym by Bowflex. And I loved the fact that Bowflex provided 8 or 9 workout plans that seem to be working, even for me, the 60-year-old guy. I put those plans on my phone, but it didn't work that well. Sweat and screen don't work with each other. So I used my skills with self-publishing and published journals based on those plans.
