There is more to Bowflex

Bowflex is still one of the best home gym makers on the market, and there is more to Bowflex than you think. [more]

My Bowflex workout plans/journals for YOU!

As you have probably guessed by now I love my home gym by Bowflex. And I loved the fact that Bowflex provided 8 or 9 workout plans that seem to be working, even for me, the 60-year-old guy.  I put those plans on my phone, but it didn't work that well. Sweat and screen don't work with each other. So I used my skills with self-publishing and published journals based on those plans. You can find them HERE. ENJOY!

Resistance Bands

I see more and more people using the resistance bands. I can see why. Unlike the weights or cable machines, the more you pull, the harder it gets. At the moment, I am adding them to my warmup routine. I am, however, seriously thinking about getting a real X3 System

Also, bands can replace your gym while on a road trip, vacation, or anywhere else where the gym is not available.

I implemented book's X3 system into my Bowflex workout

When I posted my "review" of the "Weight Lifting Is a Waste of Time" I failed to mention that I implemented the X3 system or its most important principles into my workouts that use Bowflex. It was not easy but I think it works for me. I also created a "journal" for this workout.

I bought 4 copies of this book, 3 paperbacks and one Kindle, you should too - "Weight Lifting Is a Waste of Time"

I do my research by buying other people's books, which saves me some time, and I have to say this book changed not only my workout routine but also the way I look at my fitness. Some say that the guy is a genius, a mad genius. I don't know about that but I have to say that he convinced me. He seems to have done very good research and his conclusions seem to be right on the spot.

The book is not that expensive and not that long. It's not boring either. I highly recommend it.
