Bowflex products are easier to buy

I don't know how quickly they deliver but it's good to know that most of the Bowflex products are easier to order on both Amazon and the company's website. The last time I checked even SelectTech Barbell/Curl Bar is now available on Amazon but at a much higher price than on Bowflex.com.

Updates to my Journals

Yesterday, 1/14/22, I updated five (5) of my journals, implementing minor changes. Between today and tomorrow, I will update all remaining journals.

I use those journals in my workouts and still find them helpful.
